How Do I initiate a commission?
After reading my terms of service and looking over pricing, please contact me via Instagram (@0thermatt) to initiate the process. I will go over some of my terms of service during the appraisal.
-Portraits & Characters-
$60- Portrait
$70- Bust ( Chest-up)
$85-Bust (Waist/Thigh up)
$100- Full Body
Character Sheet/Ref Sheet- $140
Extra Portrait/Bust +$20, +10 for each additional head after the second Extra Figure (3/4) +$35
Extra Figure (Full) +$45
-Pixel Art-
$60- Square format (1:1 ratio)
$85- Landscape format (16:9 Ratio)
Alternate versions - addtional 50% of base price added for alternate image ( night, day, stars, etc)
Specific ratios available if requested
-Illustrations-
$100- base image, simple
$150- base image, complex
minor edits are free, major revisions given after final work has begun incur $20 fee per revision
Ratios 1:1, 16:9, 8.5:11, 11:17
COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSION LISCNECE REQUIREs A FLAT FEE OF +$150.00 USD INCLUDED AS SEPERATE FEE FROM COMMISSION PRICE
Example A: Pixel Art 1:1 ( $60) + 1 ALT. images (+$30) = $90, Commerical use + $150. TOTAL: $240
Example B: Illustration ( $125) + Commercial use + $150. TOTAL: $275
Terms of Service
Hello! Thank you for inquiring about my commissions. Below are my terms of service, which must be acknowledged and agreed upon before continuation of the work will commence.
A) I Reserve all rights to reject a commission
B) I Reserve all rights to terminate a commission at any point in time.
C) I accept Payment Via Venmo and Paypal only. No other payment methods will be considered.
D) After a commission is agreed upon, a deposit consisting of 50% of the total payment will be requested, work will not continue until this is paid Via the appropriate channels (Listed above). The remaining 50% of the commission cost will be paid before the artwork is delivered via google drive, or other cloud services.
You will receive:
i. -RGB and CMYK versions of the work, in 300DPI and 150DPI for display+PERSONAL printing purposes
ii. -If you want a screensaver version (desktop or mobile), let me know in advance! that will be included with no extra charge, but not all images can be adjusted to fit certain crops!
E) I reserve all rights to the created image. You may not in any way use the artwork for personal financial gain, including but not limited to: Plagiarism, distributing, copying, editing, or other adoptions/ adulterations. I also reserve the right to:
a. share this piece on any and all of my social media channels for commercial, advertising, and display purposes, and
b. include this piece in a portfolio both private and public. Exceptions can be made regarding social media, but portfolio use is non-negotiable.
F) You under no circumstances may remove or disfigure my watermark or signature. Doing so will immediately incur a revocation of license granted. Any work shared must credit the artist (myself) in some capacity. If you plan on posting this image to any social channels, credit must be given.
G) By commissioning me, you are purchasing a license to use my artwork for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to (selling, marketing, promotion, merchandising, or any other commercial activity) I reserve all rights to revoke this license.
Refund Policy
After work has commenced, I will not issue refunds for the initial deposit if the commission is terminated. Failure to meet the final payment will be met with a four-day grace period, at which point the work and all associated files will be terminated.
